Is anybody out there as upset as I am at the noise levels from I-684 in the Katonah (Exit 6) area and the fact that the NYSDOT continues to postpone an already much-delayed resurfacing project? There were signs of resurfacing at Exit 4 in 2000 and then near the airport in 2005-6, but despite assurances that our area would be resurfaced in 2008, it doesn't look as if that's going forward.

It is extremely noisy--a real quality-of-life issue. If the wind is blowing in the direction of our hillside house, it can be almost unbearable being outside on some summer days.
