Using the weather to promote an insane agenda, or get adolescent minded edge, is a slap in the face to those who have to battle in those conditions and put their lives in danger. You're one sick puppy.

BTW....being in here for over a year and garnering the most negative judgits and by far the highest numbers of them is everybody's definition of insanity. Yet you stay here and are a masochist of the first degree.

How do you rationalize that one?

Enjoy your confusion and psychosis. Here are your keys:

What's it matter the duration one has been here? Pointing out insanity in one's particular non-rational comment doesn't need any history to justify. It's now and the adolescent minded point of view is all you.

And for the record, I've been commenting on Hawaii's thread since before the 2008 election.

CNN Reports the following recap of GZ's statements to police:

Zimmerman began his interview with investigator Doris Singleton by saying that there had been a lot of crime in the area and that he had started a neighborhood watch program. He said he spotted Martin, who he thought looked suspicious, and began to follow him.

At some point, Martin circled the night watchman’s car as he followed him through the neighborhood, Zimmerman said, then the teenager disappeared into the "darkness."

"The dispatcher told me 'Where are you?' and I said 'I am trying to find out where he went,' and he said,'We don't need you to do that,' and I said 'OK," Zimmerman told the investigator.

Zimmerman then started to head back to his car, he says, but never got there.

"He [Martin] jumped out from the bushes, and he said 'What the [expletive] is your problem, homie?' and I got my cell phone out to call 911 this time, and I said,'I don't have a problem.' And he goes,'Now you have a problem,' and he punched me in the nose," said Zimmerman.

Zimmerman said the blow knocked him to the ground and Martin got on top of him.

"He puts his hand on my nose and my mouth, and he says 'You are going to die tonight," said Zimmerman. "As he banged my head again, I just pulled out my firearm and shot him."

"He is mounted on top of me, and I just shot him, and he falls off. And he's, like ,"Alright you got it, you got it."

All the evidence points to that.

That's to be expected from a no brain, no balls, buffoon. He still believes obama isn't a legal US citizen.

Z is innocent. ALL of the evidence proves that now. Even the prosecution is badgering it's own witness now ( the police).

Only a fool would proclaim him guilty now. The only thing is to see what the judge does. The jury is somewhat suspect, and could be a problem in terms is a mistrial.

This is a fake trial, to support an agenda. That is all it is.

correction:
of, not is.

I predict a mistrial, and this will never end until obama is out, whereby Z will be found not guilty.

still worried about obama lack of a non-forged birth certificate I see, huh OBOT?-lol

You should be, it is headed to the Supreme Court now. And there is not even one thing you can do about that one. Sent there by another judge btw, who says obama is guilty of fraud.

I believe you initially started this thread, which I have no objections to, and the judge ruled in favor of the prosecution, text messages from the victim could not be used for the defense in their opening statements.

Do you think that since you framed the thread as, "hostile texts matter," what is your opinion to the obvious hostility from the defendants NEM call. Does Zimmermans hostility matter?

Florida circuit court judge Alex Ferrer just said that the prosecution isn't even close to convicting Zimmerman, in fact just the opposite. They are making the case for his innocence.

another classic example of racism today in the Zimmerman trial...and a guaranteed lawsuit:
http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Journalism/2013/...

...it seems the main stream media will go to no ends to convict, harass, malign this guy.

Is nobody wanting to discuss why this is a case at all? What about the statement from the detective that he was forced to recommend charges because of pressure from black police officers? He thought the investigation was over, until his decision was overridden by politicians. Can you say, "Kangaroo Court?"
