Then you are saying that the current occupant of the White House is a LIAR for having promised -- PROMISED -- up through March of this year that Afghanistan is a "necessary" war that must be won?
And if so, that puts you in the same league as CongRep Joe Wilson (R-SC) who shouted "YOU LIE!" to the current occupant when he was trotting out one lie after another in his address to a joint session of Congress last month.
So which is it to be, Honeybuns? Either the Afghan campaign is a waste of life and the current occupant LIED or else he was right when he said this is a war we cannot afford to lose.
BTW in the interest of accuracy -- OK OK, I give you the fact that you don't give a fig for accuracy -- I have NOT urged a strategy of cut and run, not during the administration of our magnificent 43rd president and certainly not now when we have loaned our power to an unqualified, extremist dunce to run the Executive Branch.
Now that he has humiliated himself even more than many thought possible with his half-vast Copenhagen carve-up followed by an INSTANTANEOUS rejection by the IOC, what next for the current occupant?
Think maybe he'll enter the Duncan Yo Yo championships to salvage his rep as a "miracle worker?".
Or maybe make a joint TV appearance with Roman Polanski and David Letterman to show how "compassionate" he is for these two self-proclaimed victims.
It's also possible that Alice is trying to make you feel better. She wants you to feel like you have something of use to say.

I applaud her for trying, but I think we all can see that you are irrelevant to the needs of this nation or to the youth of today.

Stop posting notes and get back to class. Your bosses are going to be speaking to you about this ... again.
