Hide-Chan is a very small restaurant but don't be fooled by the appearances from the outside. This place serves some of the best Japanese dishes that I've tasted and at a very reasonable price too.

Just returned from a tour of duty from Okinawa, I learned a lot of the Ryukuan (Okinawan) style of cooking. Very simple and healthy dishes.
Champuru, Soba, pigs feet, fried fish w/ garlic seasonings etc..
I spent many days eating at the old mamasan and papasan shacks found throughout the island and took a lot of notes. From NAHA, Ginowan, Nago and Hedo area.
Will see if Hide-Chan is just as good.
