So can we sue Howard Dinits for telling us "Now is a GREAT time to buy!" two years ago? Howard's still grinning.

Bottom line, do your homework and due dilligence before trusting anyone. If you got burned by advice from a Realtor, then the fault is 100% your own. Same goes for any professional, you can just as easily get burned by an attorney, accountant, mortgage planner, financial advisor, etc...

I always laugh at the crybabies that blame others for their own stupidity and lack of foresight.

It's still a shame though when younger buyers are burnt by their Realtors. Many young buyers are too trusting ... especially when dealing with a smooth talking Realtor.

It's too bad kids today aren't taught in a high school class that you can't trust anyone who works on commission. There are very few commission salesmen who will look out for the buyers' best interest.

Uninformed consumers are always looking for a scapegoat. Howard is one of the absolute best at what he does and being his Broker I have had substantially more clients sing Howard’s praises than issue a complaint (somewhere around 200 to 1). Trouble is that consumers rely on a “friend of a friend" to handle these critical transactions. Then when the market turns down those guys have went back to working at Burger King and we are left with clean up duty. Hire only qualified representation and your outcome will be satisfactory.

Please note I have never done business with this person and he/she is totally out of line.

Disregard this comment as it is someone playing on the internet and the information is FALSE.
