Poor thing. Best thing is send him to Halawa. They have a group of men who will cure his depression (unless he beats this one too) and it comes with a lifetime warranty.

Too bad another person had to die due to poor judgement by the judge. Can't they be held responsible for this? The public knew the decision to let him out was wrong why would'nt the judge?

We need to get rid of all these bleeding heart liberal judges. They make me sick.

An eye for and eye and a tooth for a tooth!

Time to start the hiring process for a firing squad!

Officer Chris Candeza showed admirable restraint in not shooting Rapozo last time? Really? Thanks to that restraint someone else is dead.

This will be another interesting one to watch. Let's see what Rapozo gets for this offense. Shame on the prosecutors in his previous case for pleading down to a lesser offense.

Apparently the only thing that will get a real prison sentence here is if you are home owner defending your home and shooting an armed intruder. Then you will prosecuted and sentenced to the max while being castigated by every liberal group defending the intruder and yelling for more gun control. Then you will have to spend even more money defending a civil lawsuit by the intruders worthless family and lawyer. What a strange world we have created.

Wat not to be, what are you doing? You and your fellow judges, Town, Seabright, Pacarro and Wong need to get in the ballgame and sentence offenders to stiffer penalties if serious violations are committed. There are too many repeat incidents where the second crime is more severe than the first offense. You are too lenient!!!!!!!! Now a life has been lost. Loser.

Only one year for this heinous crime. Although I do not know all the facts in this case, it has become obvious that one year was a very inappropriate sentence.
