Stimulus Contracts Go to Out of State Companies

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation is dishing out more than $450 million in stimulus dollars, but they're not all going to Oklahoma companies.

Oklahoma Contractors take way to long to build roads. We need some competition so it doesn't take 20 years to repair a bridge.
