One has to wounder why there were so many criminals in that complex? I would think that the landlord needs to be investigated for harboring if that is the case.

Kansas city is my home town. I move to the bootheel of the state to get away from so much crime. You know what? It's down here too. Where there are drugs there is crime.

There are so many criminals because they either don't do background checks or they ignore the results. This community has been a problem for years. Prospective renters should always ask if the community participates in the Crime Free Multi Family Housing Program. If they don't, don't rent there. Honestly I'm surprised that the numbers weren't higher. I think they have around 900 units there.

Maybe there wasn't as much crime in 2009?..
