Child welfare delays put Missouri cases in peril

Sounds like they need to get off there butts and get stuff done. There is no need for extending the period out any further. In fact extending it endangers the children more buy allowing to much time to pass. This is a performance issue with the department and they are making excuses for not doing there jobs in a timely manor. Should the court overturn the ruling the they are facilitating poor performance and need to be replaced as well.

Isn't any excuse for that lazy government workers not getting there work done and making lame stories up about why. By not doing there jobs they are the one's allowing a potentially bad situation to continue.
