I worked at the St. Joseph Vatterott and I do not find this hard to believe. If an agency would dig deeper into the Vatterott system they would find multiple chargeable offenses.

I agree with Holcomb. The Feds gave someone a pass on this investigation cause Vatterott is much worse than what these amateur investigators dug up. The very week the Feds were coming down on Vatterott for not paying overtime they were passing out forms to have (brow beat) employees sign declining overtime. In the same case Vatterott declared that they don't pay overtime and I was getting overtime. Then when they told me I was on Salary they were docking my pay for getting back from a trip a few hours early.

As far as academic paperwork Vatterott has faked teacher qualifications to BS the accreditation schema. They has one guy claiming he was a PHD and the diploma he had was from a non-accredited diploma mill. They made him Director of Education and paraded him around in from of the academic advisors as a snow job. Another guy had his "degree" from a non accredited religious school. Even more had no degree at all.

This place is busting at the seams in fraud and how the feds failed to even look deeper is something akin to walking past a room full of dead bodies to cite someone for jaywalking. Just incredible.

I documented quite a bit of my class experience. I couldn't believe all the unethical practices going down. So many lies...the director quit...one of my instructors quit...my other instructor wasn't there for an entire phase! I can't believe they got away with our money and education! I hope one day I see them in court and they be held accountable for what they did to our class and what they are doing to our workforce community. They need to be shut down...it's a corporate issues...not an issue with the teachers.
