I used to live right down the street from that lady! Some who still live in that neighborhood are relieved that house got raided... always something fishy going on there. Maybe her ex-husband is also involved?? Before they split, he was the one calling the shots in that household.

There is more to the story than meets the eye. Tonight we took several dogs from an animal sanctuary in Kansas City that was raided due to this theft ring. The story that I have been told is as follows....Enough damage was done to the property that caring for the homeless dogs that reside there has become more difficult. A SWAT team invaded the property, taking out a $12,000 gate that keeps the homeless dogs in and safe. Rambling down the driveway, guns drawn, volunteers and employees were thrown to the ground and handcuffed. The home was ransacked; the SWAT team did not heed the safety of any of the pets that were in the home and being cared for. Dog aggressive dogs, old dogs, dogs being treated for injuries or illnesses were of no consequence and were given no consideration. They went through the house as if they weren't there and even tazered a dog simply because he was "in the way."

I hope that the ex-Target (hopefully she is an EX) employee and all her cohorts spend 25 years or more in prison. The "customers" should be imprisoned also since they knew the goods were stolen. Disgusting there are people like that running around loose.
