I love Kansas City too!! Get out of the suburbs and get into Midtown. People accept your crazy arse no matter what and there are a billion different types of people. Stay out of the Plaza, that's not real KCLUV that's just Kansas suburbanites doing their shopping.

But seriously, if you aren't happy here, figure out what will make you happy. KC makes me happy!!

You keep saying "your just proving my point" but not everyone in Kansas City is like that. I've been living here for 14 years... my entire life. I don't think everyone there is hostile. No matter where you go there will be a hostile person somewhere but not everywhere. All of my teachers have been some of the nicest people I know, i always have random people greeting me with hellos and smiles when i cross them on the street. There are pig-like, rude people in KC that I see sometimes but there are people like that everywhere in the world.

More diverse people? Seriously? I am amazed at the diversity here. It's part of why I love KC. I graduated from KCMO schools almost 15 years ago and went on to UMKC and even stayed and bought a house here. Not everyone is a hater. I'm sorry if you feel that way. Mean people suck! But I still pray for them...
