And incidentally, A&C did not write that sketch. It's a very old vaudeville sketch with many variations that long precedes A&C.

I've always liked Laurel & Hardy better than Abbot & Costello. I think probably A&C's best movie, and a bit of an unusual one too, is "The Time Of Their Lives". Have you ever seen it ?

I think I've seen every one they ever made. I also have the gift of having been born long enough ago to have watched their TV programs, when originally aired. And I like Laurel & Hardy, also. I guess I'm old-fashioned, but I prefer anyone who can do comedy without vulgar words.

Coincidentally, there was an A&C movie on last nite AND an L&H movie on last nite.

Did you ever see teh A&C movie "The Time Of Their Lives" ? It's one of their best and a bit different than their usual movies.

Meanwhile in Iowa there is still a town with a law on the books stating that all coloreds must be out of town by sunset every day.

I really like that town too.
