I was able to view the news briefing by the Sheriff of Lafayette County at 1pm today. One of the questions asked by someone allowed to attend the briefing was, since the crimes happened in (?) "whats the big deal?). I can't remember the exact words prior to last 4 words. It was those last words of the question that totally shocked me. Was this a news reporter asking this question? I don't think there are words to describe the type of person this had to be to ask that question at this news conference. Please tell me this wasn't someone from the Mohler family. Can this person be stopped from attending another conference?

You need to push further on finding out who that person was - the media bosses should never allow dumb ass comments like that over such digusting allegations. If that person had even remotely felt the shame and life-changing impact of even "insignificant" abuse, they would never assume that enough time has passed to let it go. Someone should put that person in jail with the 5 men. Thank Jesus the abused have come forward no matter how long ago. I pray for the victims who will never have a normal life-there is no normal life after abuse. This country needs to crack down on child abuse, spouse abuse, etc. Getting these guys is a small victory, let's hope the system brings real justice to these victims and the other victims whose perpetrators will never be bought to justice. This sh__is happening all the time.

Chances are the person who said, "Whats the Big DEAL?" is a molestor him/herself...Because anyone who isn't would never ever say such a thing...Because this is a big deal...One that should be dealt with swiftly and severally...

I believe the mother of the victims is just as guilty of this horrible abuse, as the mohler men, themselves. She obviously let it happen!
