I absolutely love the limited press coverage on crime in KCMO this week. Is it one of the concessions ol Funky had to make along with Semler's resignation? Shame on you Fox 4. Don't give into the NAACP.

they have to accept what others in their race do just as we have to ours. why is everyone so afraid of them? is it being politically correct? well, i don't have to say what i think of that. if what i say offends you, sorry but, it's my opinion and i have a right to say it. and just because i say it doesn't mean you have to agree. i don't personally care if you agree or not. like i said, my opinion. everyone has one.

well, if it was natural causes, there is not issue so we can probably safely assume that it was some kind of violent act. therefore, since he probably showed up there after the place closed last night, we can probably guess that it was a drug deal gone bad. and i don't want his parents and siblings ranting and raving he was a good boy. i was brought up to believe that nothing good is going on, on the streets in the wee hours of the morning. nobody is going to say anything because nobody wants to get in trouble for manufacturing or distributing. what a crock. John, or bad grease for the fries.

What if he was on his way to or from work? Stop jumping to conclusions "sks". That's whats wrong with the world today.

I must agree with you until the facts are proven he could have died from natural causes we don't know yet so when you assume well you already know the rest.

How do you just assume it was a drug deal gone bad? Did you not read the part of the story were the man was engaged & a student preparing to graduate?

Not too many corrections officers (as he was - check kmbc.com ) are running drugs; they like the side of the bars that they are on much better than being the ones actually incarcerated. These officers also work until all hours of the night and have to break/eat at weird hours.

Let's try this. McDonalds is a 24 hour restaurant. Hmmm, young man gets off from work and decides to stop and get a bite to eat on the way home. Hmmmm! As he is sitting in his vehicle either someone tries to rob him or he has a medical issue. Hmmmm! Do not be so ignoraant to situations in life because you or your family members are not exempt from this. Be careful of what you say before thinking because one day this could be you. I pray that people will stop and think before they make dumb accusations. Karma is a B!#*!!!! Remember that! I had a family member who was robbed and killed years ago and it wasn't about "DRUGS!" My brother was 45 and the murderer was 27. Just a silly young man out to do bad and it caught up with him and now he's serving life in prison.
