Triple Shooting Leads to Police Standoff, Suspect Falls Asleep Inside Apartment

A triple shooting overnight led to a standoff with police in Kansas City, Kan. The incident happened just after midnight at an apartment complex at 23rd and Birch.

Only in the USA do you have to obtain a search warrant to go into a appartment where you know the shooter is. You got to be kidding me is this for real.

What would have happened if while they were obtaining a search warrant he decided to shoot a couple more people and kill one. I am glad he didnt but what would people say if he did. Is the delay of apprehending a armed shooter really delayed by a warrant.
