Why don't you keep your comments to yourself. We are discussing the victim and his family. We have every right to complain about despicable behavior that kills an innocent person.

You don't have to read it.

Im sorry Kathy but if a family member of mine killed someone while driving drunk, I would not be making excuses for them or telling people to "keep your comments to yourself" because they're stating the obvious facts of how tragic it is and stupidly avoidable. EVERYONE knows driving drunk is dangerous, idiotic and it KILLS. Doing it anyway gives away any ability for that person to play the victim or any member of his family to try to convince us to feel bad for him and remember how "his life is ruined too". Maybe it is but he CHOSE to do it. The man who died didn't choose to die from someone else's stupid decision. The victim and his family are the ones who we should feel sympathy for and we are. It's sad that Tim did this but either way, he made a stupid decision, caused a tragedy that is EASILY avoidable by just following the LAW and that eliminates any sympathy we can have for him right now.
