local government malpractice

i'd like to see all three chief of police officers replaced.
i'd like to see the sheriff replaced.

i want the mild trained officers either fired or further trained.

our local body is governed by a bunch of local redneck punks who provide us with hate mixed with longevity rather than positive outlooks.
it is only after they have settled a malicious event, when we see their positive face!

i got into it with someone about an issue of grammar.
the off duty cop stuck his nose in our civil business and said very plain "i'm not an english teacher, i'm a cop"
stated and provided, this officer had no juristiction to make any judgement other than to seperate the individuals.

but the cop clearly said, he didnt know who was justified and who wasnt justified.
therefore.. one person would be leaving the business without warrant.
that was me in this incident.

not only did i get my night ended early, although justified, i got a serious anxiety headache that stemmed down my neck and into the left of my back.

these cops are only trained to handle violence & traffic law.. therefore these officers should be patroling and reaching for their gun, NOT opening their mouth to speak.

i have been screwing with the cops verbally since the early 1990's and their justification in terms of grammar are at a ratio lower than 1 incident correct out of every 10.

how do you correct a situation like this?
first you realize what is at an error.
in this case it is clear that the officers are speaking with violence rather than proper english.
when you talk with these cops, you will be shoved with body language because they dont know how to handle the situation any clearer.
they will not allow you to speak, basically because they dont know what you are saying when they do allow you to speak.
this humiliates the officers and the warrant of arrest grows even higher because now the officer needs to be adjusted.
SO.. that leads me to their trainee.
the trainee is the person who is not providing their squad with the skills needed to solve problems.
as if to say, these police officers only know basic math(violence.. traffic) and cannot do their own algebra(disputes).

are the trainee's doing the algebra for the squad, or are the trainee's simply telling the squad to handle the algebra with violent body language and strong demeaner until the objectionable becomes the offender.

i have personally stumped sheriff bukowski.. bradley chief kufner.. and bourbonnais chief beard.

mayor green doesnt disapprove and infact thinks it is fun. we know this because the course of action continues to happen without any local government complaints.

what the local cult doesnt know is that light fixture is the signature that these brats are running rampid.

bukowski is the hate leader of the group.

Lieutenant Michael Johnston is the one who sticks around and listens to all the conversation while walking away with the grandiose thought of being the rage leader of tomorrow, yet showing that rage all too much today.

he is a classic sample for a good quality rage virus. his eyes turn red long before he spews blood. and hence his skin complexion as blushed, absorbing the rage.

deputy coy is the nerd who knows right from wrong and provides the group with all the inventions.

he is displaced as the one who has seen the unjustified and his face got stuck with reaction.

now.. while this all may seem fairy tale to you, these people have been at it since the early 1990's.
they have yet to improve their skills and have failed to adjust the scale of power, authority, and trust.
in fact.. the scale has grown worse with the locals growing even more distant because of these officers guidelines.

kufner is the liar and that makes him a prime suspect to become a trojan horse to silently infiltrate the group.
coy is also a prime suspect to become a trojan horse.
in the past, either one of these individuals would have to be awarded a grammy or some other acting award while working with the corrective actions.
this is specifically why those objectives would fail. they are criminals, not actors.

those of you who only speak from traffic tickets and have not had the pleasure to see this nightmare ten-fold.. please dont ponder the word criminal.

the number one problem in this county is verbal disputes turned violent. it is this threat that keeps tension high and people get attacked.

do not think these people are respectible cia members.. nor are they federal.
they are discriminitory criminals who lead a mild trained lifestyle and the innocent are the first to suffer.
the justified become objectionable and the objectionable get thwarted. that is the game these officers enjoy.

they have lost their trophy landmark now that city hall has moved. now is our only chance to further rain on their parade.

if we dont act now.. they will have chance to grow new objectionable talents.

i have seen officers make a justified person angry and when the end of the subjected shouting came, the justified person began to talk in a calm tone.
the cop put the justified man in cuffs declaring agitated demeaner.

so if the army drill sargeant screams and shouts in your ear all day until it begins to ring, and then you speak in a calm tone.. you would be in trouble for speaking because your adrenaline level is above normal.

doesnt matter if you thought much of nothing about the shouting in your ear and your adrenaline level never moved.. or if you completely hated the shouting in your ear and your adrenaline level is through the roof.

these cops have assumed the adrenaline level is high and are roughing people up.
EVEN IF THE ADRENALINE LEVEL WAS CAUSED BY OFFICER MISCONDUCT.

again we see the game these cops play.
they take a justified individual who is calm and they use misconduct to make the individual angry until the person gets defensive in any of the many possibilities, and then they make an arrest based on that anger of the individual.
most often written off as obstruction of justice.
or in the example above 'agitated demeanor'.

these cops play mean and if you tell them to stop being mean you are hit with a de-meanor penalty.

as if to say.. i am a cop and i can arrest you for being angry, so how can i make you get mad at me?
these cops have been creating ways to make people angry so they can put people in handcuffs for sport.
(and not always brought in to jail.. but let go on-scene after being interrogated with misconduct)

they have become even more wiser.. they arent putting people in handcuffs, the officers are simply pulling people aside to talk and not allowing the person to get the facts across.

the game shows its addictive cult like nature when discriminitory decisions take place as an officer arrives on the scene.
the officer knows who is where and who is crying and who is being obnoxious.
if the officer wants to play nice and allow a shoulder to lean on, the crying person is picked.
if the officer wants to be a bully, the obnoxious person is picked.

not all situations have a person crying and a person being obnoxious.. so these cops have been sharing stories with eachother and training themselves who to talk to when arriving at a scene.
and it is all so hidden because deciding who to talk to when arriving on the scene can be a life or death decision.. so it is never a decision taken lightly.

a great example of misconduct would be when the officer chooses the obnoxious individual to interrogate rather than the crying individual.
afterall the crying individual is the one who is hurting to a point where they are gonna spill the facts.

sometimes crying is done with tears.. sometimes it is done with anger. it is a cops responsibility to know if that angry person is crying or just being obnoxious and life threatening.
so dont let them try to tell you otherwise.

another example of misconduct.
you have facts to inform with and the officer wont allow you to speak.
you find yourself repeating what needs to be said because the officer isnt listening the first time.
the most common situation is when the officer says 'i know what happened' and wont let you get a word in otherwise.

as if to say.. shh shh shh, i know what happened.
there there there, i know what happened.
shh shh shh, i know what happened.

if you are trying to tell the cop to turn around because the person who attacked her is now going to attack him.. he is busy telling you 'what he knows' and will eventually get attacked from behind.

its like in a scary movie.. you are yelling at the person to turn around, but they never listen and eventually get murdered.

well in the situation of police officer and individual.. the officer doesnt turn around and your situation doesnt get handled correctly.
in the court room, all the reconstruction and guess work is done.

there IS guess work in the court room because the situation likely happened about 7-30 days ago.
the details are all vague because nothing was organized on the spot as it should have been.
cross referencing facts is rendered useless as far as i'm concerned.
by the time it reaches court the situation is all hear-say.

so AGAIN the justified might be mistreated, this time by vague evidence.

the justified will find themselves being treated with misconduct again, i am absolutely certain of that.

i pulled a 154 IQ in 3rd grade and i find myself being told to cease talking by officers any time they are involved in a situation.
(as if to begin with how often society as a whole tells me to shut up)

not only do these officers belittle your intelligence.. they discredit and belittle your honesty.

telling on someone shouldnt leave that person weeping!!
