Second escapee from Ewa Beach facility is recaptured
A 29-year-old Kaneohe man is back at the Kahi Mohala Behavorial Facility on Fort Weaver Road in Ewa Beach after he was spotted by a police officer Thursday afternoon near Kailua Beach Park.

How do you "escape" from a place that doesn't even have locked doors or guards? It's no more secure than a public library. The title should have been, "Patient decides to walk out of ineffective libral-run feel-good tax-funded treatment facility and media goes wild scaring the public in order to sell papers."
