A Willmar man made his first court appearance for allegedly shooting seven puppies after a dispute about the puppies being on his property Monday.

There was no reason to shoot these puppies. They are totally innocent, just as the children who witnessed this atrocity are. Puppies are happy go lucky
souls, totally unaware of anything but eating, sleeping and playing. How anyone could have done this is beyond me. This man needs to be put away. What will he do next, shoot the children because he doesn't want them in the yard? Scary.

No excuse, period. What does "lost it" mean? Does he need help? Who might be next on his list of people or animals to shoot because he "lost it"?
Put this loser in a cage for oh, 8 years, one year for each puppy.
