I saw where the grand jury indicted people, and on those same days the jails seemed to be super busy. Does everyone who gets indicted get sent to jail with 0.00 bond amount?
I guess what I'm asking is how someone can be on bond then go to the arraignment and be sent to jail at that point. I would think that if you're out on bond you would remain on that same bond. Does anyone know why that person would be sent to jail at the arraignment part?
