For all your "education" you may want to look at your answer again. The land good old Walt built Disney on was marsh land. He had a terrible time keeping things from sinking and the insects were horrid. If that park had not succeeded, due mostly from TV tie-ins for his cartoons and Mouskateers, there would be no other theme parks. So to correct you (again), Disney was the seed to the "thriving" community you say you live in.
As far as real estate values are concerned, why would I pay 3,5 or 10 times more for a residence than I can buy it for here? I call that stupid economics - or US government economics. Hey, I have an extra toilet seat for you for a measly $250. I'll even throw in a case of your favorite paper! Oh, I thought so... an outhouse and a Kmart ad will do you just fine.

Oh, I'm still waiting on that drink you were getting for me.

Hmmm, guess all that farmland our dear friends parents sold years ago to Disney with all the herds of cattle on it was just a swamp in disguise. You better brush up on your history possum. And why would you pay 3,5,or 10 times more for a residence than you can buy it for there? Simple possum, location,location,location. You get what you pay for. So buy it there, you'll sell it for less too. No crowds rushing to West Virginny to live possum,and don't believe it will happen anytime soon. Okay, myself and my family have vacationed in Orlando 5 times since 2006, and for you to say the insects (mosquitos or whatever) aren't bad in that area is the most ridiculous thing you've posted so far, next to being an ingrate who can't spell, then likes to criticize others for their lack of use when it comes to the English language! Almost every home n the Orlando area has to have those screened in rooms on their houses to be able to even enjoy the outdoors there to keep from being eaten by the damn bugs! As for calling US hillbillies!! Well lady, woman, deginerate, whatever you are, you clearly have never looked the definition of a hillbilly up it if you have then you must be a racist POS ALSO! Because other then it meaning that we all live in rural areas and have no running Water or utilities, it's a racial term used to describe white people!
