I took a trip to Hawaii and Oahu in2007.I was very impressed with the beauty of nature.Kanagawa Newspaper picked up my song"Blue Earth-the land where we were born"(an English song. The jacket is my picture of Oahu.) for a song of Environment last August in Japan.Tokyo Metropolis Sumida ward office commissioned me to give a concert about Environment at Sumida Environment Fair last October.I'd like to contribute to ecology and conservation of nature of the earth.
May I present my CD? If you like it,would you pick up my song? I'm an unsigned singer.I'll go to Maui and Oahu to feel a rich environment from 19th to 25th.Thank you so [email protected] la.or.jp

John A. Broussard

I might go along with you except for the fact I don't think even one of your Democrats even read the entire bill, they just lined up like good lemmings and handed Obama what he wanted. Is that responsible? I guess the test will be in a couple of years, if it works the DNC can take all the credit, if not then the GOP can remind folks of what happened.

I noticed they have already hedged in how they will determine sucess...retaining current jobs. Care to explain to me how you actually measure that metric? If there are 3.5 million folks working in 2010 the bill was a sucess?

Don't you wonder, even a little, why we need to pay for a high speed train from LA to Vegas? We already subsidize Amtak, what is THIS going to cost?

-Re. John A. Broussard's letter, good luck to President Obama over in the U.S. he has a difficult tenure ahead for the next four years, he has inherited a manifestation of economic gloom. He is a breath of fresh air so give him time to implement his policies, closing a jail notorious for human rights violations was a good opening gambit which augers well for America's credence on the International stage. U.S. Republican vote/Three Republican Senators/Americans lose their homes? Tut-Tut, you are in the Hawaiian Nation now Mr. Broussard, what about Hawaiians who have not alone lost their homes but their lands? Let people act local first in righting wrongs then perhaps sort out the quibbles on Capitol Hill over in the U.S. As Confucius say: "People on hillside are not on the level." {Haw-Haw].

You don't get it. Broussard's letter was written tongue in cheek, just as an earlier letter was. Everyone jumped on him then as well.

Willie, I tend to agree with you. Congress doesn't have a clue what really goes on out here. Furthur more, Most of our manufacturing jobs have long gone to other countries. We have become a service country and I see no end in sight.

Mr. Spector, a wolf in sheeps clothing. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it must be a wolf. The proposed language of civil unions are exactly the same as traditional marriage, change is the title. It is both a duck. Wonderful spin to make civil unions "different" than marriage between a man and a woman, when the language of the proposed legislation is exactly the same.

Jimmy., you are right. Sen Specter is up for election in 2010 and we are going to try to vote him out as we did Sen Santorum 2 years ago. Aloha from PA

It's too bad Mr. John A. Broussard, instead of commenting based on facts, resorts to commentary based on emotion. But this is what one usually expects from the Left.

This "stimulus" package will do NOTHING in alleviating our economic problems. You buy in to the hype that this mass redistribution of wealth is going to create more jobs and the money will go into only the "most deserved" and necessary projects?

Ever hear of the old saying, "Those who fail to learn from history will bear the burden of repeating it"?

All one has to do is learn from recent history with Japan's economy. The same crisis, the same results of people losing homes, jobs and money, and their only response was to present their "stimulus" package.

What were the results?

Hey John, How about the Dems who voted against the bill. this bill is a sham, and pays off the groups that voted for Nobama, no matter what it does to the country. Let's see in a year or two where we stand then you can talk. Better learn to spell socialist, because we are headed to another Hugo Chavez society!!!

After Obummer and the Dumocraps suck every last dollar out of our wallets when their Porkulus Bill of $1+ trillion comes due for payment (and IT WILL, liberal sheeple...THERE REALLY IS NO FREE LUNCH), is the Federal Government going to have us hand over our first born as payment or come up with a new, exciting tax to pay the difference? The lolos who voted these Dumocrappic lolos will rue the day they did so because it's going to hit THEM TOO, right square in the okole! National sales tax, anyone??? You heard it first here.'Nuff said...

You are such a laugh riot. Funny, when Chimpy and friends put up virtually the same bill that would wipe out the taxpayers for better than 800 billion dollars last year, you couldn't wait to get in line to kiss his a**. But now Obama is going to "suck every last dollar out of our wallets" when he proposes another bill which is practically the same thing. Tell me oh brainless one, WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE?!!! On one hand Bush and cronies are the gods, and on the other Obama is the spawn of the Devil. You really crack me up with your stupidity. Typical rabid right winger.
