Where is all this money coming from to fund this newest give-away program? Ah, yes, us taxpaying workers still struggling to stay employed in Michigan.

What will prevent all these newly Jenny trained workers from ditching Michigan for a better opportunity in North Carolina, Texas, Alabama, etc.?
