I'd like to add in Northpoint Motors known as Instant car credit in Traverse City.
They sell used vehicals with shady history and if a vehical is purchased from there, you'll may have low weekly payments but the intrest rate is threw the roof.
The sales men in there are creepy vultures and the best thing I can say about them is the hellium ballons attatched to the vehicals are the
best thing about the vehical itself.
Unfortunately I'm a victim of Northpointe Motors, so I can vouch for this comment.

My wife bought a Honda Element from Williams in 2008. She wanted the AWD model and asked to drive one. She ended up buying it. We weren't married at the time, so I wasn't there. They ended up selling her the front wheel drive model and told her that it was AWD. She even called me from the dealership asking me what I thought. I said that as long as it was AWD and she liked it, she should get it. I heard her ask the salesman if it was AWD and I could hear him saying that of course it was. She brought it home and we found out that it was 2 wheel drive. Tried to take it back and they basically told us to come back with a lawyer. Criminals.

I used to work for Williams and alot of the things you all are saying are true. I was very honest with all my customers and I never danced and bounced around a question. I used to straight up tell people hey this is what is wrong with this vehicle you do not want to buy it. I never wanted an un happy customer. Did management like my tactics no. When you think they would cover your back they will stab you in it. I reported sexual harassment several times against a co-worker. To top it off I was pregnant at the time. They never did anything about it so I quit. I started to collect unemp. from them instead of becoming vocal about the situation and well they took me to a redetermination hearing and LIED LIED LIED! They said I quit to go to a previous employer which They were my first job in a yr and a half. I did sign paper work upon leaving. It was blank since the manager didnt know what to put as reason. Thats when they filled it in with going to previous employer. There are a couple great sales people there that would not screw you over. One his name is Steven and he works at Honda and another Is Randy D and he works at Automax ( the used cars) Not all sales people are greesy slimey and sneaks. I never was and never will be.

just a little information for everyone out there. If you have a facebook and you get a friend request from a Karen Mooser, she is one of there employees, trying to get information about you. DO NOT ACCEPT HER AS A FRIEND. Tell everyone that you know. This is illegal. They are misrepresenting themselves to get our personal information and that is illegal. It breaks all Fair Debt Collection laws and we all need to ban together to close them down.
NOT TRUE! No Karen Mooser works for the company.

Williams auto group sold me a 20 thousand dollar car i got all the way home heat didnt work, cd player didn't work and best of all my brand new car would not even start! Williams sold me a lemon and they knew it when I called and called they would not speak with me instead kept sending me to voicemail after voicemail, luckily I called my credit union they had not fully processed the loan yet so I got the car working drive three hours across the state marched my but in the door and told them I want my vehicle back and they can take back their lemon, they said well ma'am that's simply not going to happen, I then pulled out my cell phone and dialed my credit union who was already very aware of the situation and they flat out told Williams that they stop payment on the car therefore they would not be paid for it. Needless to say I'm thankful my credit union was on my side and I learned my lesson the Williams auto group in traverse city is the biggest bunch of con artists I have ever seen.

That car dealership next to Grand Traverse Mall. I hate them so much, I refuse to even say their name. If I hear one more of their stupid commercials on the radio, I'm gonna rent a dump truck and unload 10 tons of manure in their advertising department.

I have to agree with the comments above! I just picked up my Honda CRV from Williams Honda in TC. It was the worst experience I ever had getting a new car. I was promised one price in writing, told I had to make a decision by 7 pm, I said I needed more time to decide. I was told I could get the same price by 9 am. I ended up calling back by 6:30 pm that evening and said I will take the car. When I showed up to pick up the car, they said there must have been a miscommunication, and the up front money was needed. When I told them the deal was off, picked up my keys and started out the door they began scrambling. After upsetting me and making feel I was in the wrong, they decided to "eat" the loss. I am still sorry I completed the deal, even though they did finally agree to the original deal. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. I later tolled to a friend and they did the exact same thing to her last August. I will never return to this dealership. This is the first time I have ever had this problem.

wares was where I have bought my last few cars. I had bought a subaru sedan a year ago and decided after a year I did not like it. So I was looking at a outback with more ground clearance, test drove it. I asked what they would give for my car as a trade in, the sales person whom I had bought two cars from prior basically said I had no equity in my car. I was very dissappointed since I had been a loyal customer and had only put 2000 miles on this vehicle! I ended up buying a car from Traverse motors, the sales person was very nice, no pressure and gave me the equity I knew I had in my car. Traverse City really is a small town I just don't understand how businesses think ot is okay to treat good customers badly, word travels fast. Shame on you wares.
