The 9 and 10 news last night said she left notes to family and friends before she hung herself

will these be made public? It was my tax dollars that fed her so I feel I have a right to now
and so it goes

Wow, this could be a movie and I feel so bad for this poor girl stuck in the middle of this horrifc situation. She is going to have so many hurdels in her life to over come. Her borther is gone and her mother accused of killing him, her step mother kills herself and now her mother hangs while awaiting trial.OMG, But lets not discredit the dad (Lance). He obviously is'nt the great stable guy that some are saying he is. A stable guy doesnt accidently marry two seperate unstable women in differnt states. He's just good at acting how he wants everyone to think he is. My guess is that he drove both of these women to their issues. He's the common link in everything. Could he just be unfortunate to have married these two women not knowing what they were really about ? sure but what are the odd's considering that 1 had a decent carrer in beauity and the other a lawyer. Hmmmm..I say the daughter needs to be placed without Dad too then maybe she can have a stable normal life. She's the only one my heart truely aches for and other family of course. Those 3 adults will be judged by the higher up's and what they have done to all of these young lives is sad.RIP Sam. I dont think anyone will ever sort this out. I've been reading the blogs for the past day and wow is all I can say. I dont personally know anyone involved, just remember all of the news surrounding everything. I can bet that Antrim County Jail will be in some hot water now too.

And So It Goes --If you don't personally know anyone involved, why are you making assumptions?
I do personally know "Dad" and have known him for over 30 years, and his main fault is being too nice and too trusting. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body.

I don't live in Antrim but the state prosecutes so it is my taxes. Just wondering if there was a confession or something in the notes

Well, all I can say is that I hope these notes are made public of some sort. I'm tired of being pussy-footed around, of having to deal with personal questions asked of people who know nothing but what the new machine grinds out and general lack of respect for the shit we've been put through.

Poor shae. That child has a lifetime if dealing with things she had nothing to do with. Poor Sam. A sad tragic and unbelievable story. But it happened and it is awful

I understand your sympathy. however, why must you state the obvious? Yes, it was sad. and tragic. It was believable. It was awful. And it happened 3 years ago. Are you just going to mutter this phrase forever? This isn't a personal attack as much as me having it up to the teeth with people and their hand-wringing.

@ Ashley. If you feel that way, why did you reply? Just to say you don't want to hear about it? We are all wndering. All want closure to this. Had it up to your teeth? Then don't log on this site. Stick to facebook or other sites that don't ask the ruf questions

Ashley, I have not seen or read the notes she left behind that you mentioned. In all of Anne's questioning she has never confessed to killing Sam and the Prosecution knows it. She is still innocent and has not been proven guilty in a court of law. The internet and news media are not the law in normal counties. Hold the Prosecution accountable for spreading lies to mislead you and the public, Ashley. You are right, 3 years is a long time to wait trial. How is that possible? Sounds like something needs to change.

Try to find peace in your head for Anne and you may find your closure.

Well, this being the internet and Sam having been a good friend of mine- I do as I please, such as the rest of you have done on this thread and all previous ones, gossiping like old hags.

You call these the "ruf" questions? Try being grilled by one of Anne's grinning monkey's in a suit. Try being pressured into crying by being shown his "suicide notes". Or his sketchbooks. Or asking me what his favourite whatever is. They weren't necessary questions- Those monkeys did that to try and upset me into saying something untrue.

I am only going on what the news has said on this- don't try and blame the prosecution for misleading me. In Anne's questioning her story changed at least three times as to why Sam killed himself. She also said she didn't burn her own shop down, or steal those tanning beds. Don't tell me you really believe she wouldn't lie under oath to save her own neck. I witnessed her manipulate people.

Yes, the court system is backed up, shame shame. It wasn't the court that kept this case backed up. It was the cops who allowed Anne's mother entry into the house the day after to clean up any evidence. I went into that house to pick out Sam's clothes for his funeral, I saw what they were doing.

I have found my closure, just like religion I have a firm believe that I cannot prove to anyone else. In my mind Anne is guilty of many crimes, as well as killing Sam. I don't have to find peace for her- I don't have to do anything for her.

If this is Ashley Secord - You are one of the Guilty Ones and Anne's Blood is on your hands too ... Rest Assured someday the truth will be known and it will be proven that ANNE AVERY-MILLER was innocent of killing anyone. It's time for you to step out of your all knowing "GOD" complex and do some real soul searching although it appears you don't have one.

Ashley, hold your head high, and think only good thoughts of Sam, that innocent young man did not deserve to die that way, we all know he did not kill himself.

Deb- First off, let me congratulate you for guessing who I am, I know how hard it is for you to figure out things on your own. Not that I care one iota for the bile that spews from your mouth all the time, but I doubt I have a god complex.
Believe what you want about that manipulative viper of a woman and I will as well. Testifying on my dead friend's behalf does not make me guilty. Anne's blood is on her own hands, since she killed herself, and I'm fairly certain that Hell has a ring for suicides. Actually- the bible mentions it. Huh. I didn't make her kill herself.

I do have a soul, and I know it because Anne ripped it apart when she killed my friend. Don't peddle your religious bullshit on my time.

Laura, thank you, Sam was a great guy and would have gone on to be a great, loving man, a caring father and a devoted husband.

Deb I was glancing through this topic and I saw that you believe Anne Avery is innocent, this leads me to beleive that you are indeed completly insane, and if cannot look at the facts of this case and see that Anne is completly guilty of killing her son sam. Sam was a freind of mine I do not need to know that the courts decided she was guilty i know she did it, I'm glad that she is finally gone from this earth, and I'm sure she has her own personal place in hell for 1 killing her son and 2 killing her self, I hope sam is looking down at his mother and watching her burn in the entenal flames of hell. Maybe he's even roasting some marshmellos he always did love smores.

God Bless you Ashley. You have more strength and courage than any of the so-called FOAs like Deb Zerafa who have spewed nothing but lies and BS on these posts for over two years.

I suspect you and I have personally witnessed more of Avery-Miller's evilness and manipulative behavior than anyone who has posted on any of these threads. You can hold your head high and proud because the TRUTH is nothing to fear.

And to Deb Zerafa anytime you want to meet and sit down and compare what you think you know against what I do know just say when and where. Anything I have ever posted on these threads I can back up with real evidence. I know you can't do the same.

It's too bad I'm not Ashley's father because I can guarantee you the lawsuit you'd be staring at would pull your head out of your ass where its been buried for two years. And by the way if you don't have the balls to show up send that joke of a husband of yours...he doesn't have any more balls than you do.

You are one colossal piece of sh__
