Charges filed in crash that killed MHP Trooper near Kalispell

The woman involved in the traffic accident that killed Montana Highway Patrol Trooper David Graham has pleaded no contest to one count of careless driving resulting in a death.

she was not responsible and should have her drivers licens taken away

Regardless of exactly who was killed, the point should be that her carelessness killed a person.
She has to live with this the rest of her life. Only she knows if this is sufficient punishment. Unfortunately, nothing will bring David back.
But some awareness of the situation could help prevent it from happening as often as it does. Sometimes legal punishment gets the public's attention if the media will put it up for display.
A lot of factors will be used in making a judgement, I am not privy to any of them so I will not make one.
