Let's all pray these dates don't get changed AGAIN! We all need closure. I do not believe these will be changed again at this point after all they all know what lies ahead now they are just grabbing at straws. throw away the keys.

Hello Unbelievable, I was told tonight you were waiting for my reply to todays trial. Well we had some good testimony and some not so great. Brandy's so far has been right on as to what she stated previously, so that is a good thing. We are suppose to hear from the coroner tomorrow I think after Brandy, but we also have about a two hour + break while one of the jurors attends a funeral then we will continue in the afternoon and last until about five or five thirty. I will let you know tomorrow night what happens if I get a chance. I will talk to you soon, take care. Karen

Nashville, Thursday Brandy continued, and did a great job.We did not have the coroner testify I guess that is for the jury to see at a later date.Someone not related to either side read a letter if you will, from Angela stating once again she had lied. Now none of the suspects were even there and had nothing to do with the murders.Several witnesses were called up (cell mates)recalling what was said to them. Today several witnesses for both sides stated their testimonies. Defense ran out of witnesses. Court will resume at 9am Tuesday morning. All of you Moms out there please have a wonderful mother's day, take care. Karen

Last thing I knew, her oldest was living with her soon-to-be ex-husband and her younger one with her grandma. But that could have changed by now and I could be wrong about the younger one. Mark is hoping to get custody of their daughter this year.

I'm just trying to figure out this family tree that doesn't seem to have any branches. So far, I understand Richard Vendeville is the father of one of Brandy's children, and Brandy is Andrew's sister. Andrew is married to Jerome's sister and therefore Jerome's brother in law. Did Jerome father anyone's baby? And Mark is the father of one of Angela's children. Do I have it right? Where does Benjamin fit in?

If Angelia withdraws her plea, will that mean that Ben will gwt another trial. If she wasn't there, how could she testify against him? Just curious!

No, I don't think that is necessarily correct. Angela withdrawing her plea only means that her case will now go to trial and that she no longer will be "testifying truefully" to qualify for the plea. So, instead of getting a plea bargain, she is now subject to the jury decision and sentencing that all the others (excluding Brandy) are facing. She already testified against Benjamin Platt and according to the media her previous testimony is now admissable in the other trials as she had previously stated it on the witness stand under oath. One must wonder what Angela is now trying to hide. Why would you trade in a plea and claim you weren't present after you already testified that you were??? Hmmmm?

Maybe now she will get what she deserves after all she stated several times she is the one who hit my mother with a "pipe", if that is the case it matches what Brandy testified, and she should get life without parole for her part. It is kind of late to change stories this late in the game.

Ben is already working on an appeal. It is possible that he may use this. However,He has already signed a statement regarding his involvement,so I do not think that will help him, but you never know.Remember she has already stated she and the others were there and their involvement. They knew too much about this crime that was not released to the media to say they were not there.

There is no doubt in my mind Angela and the others were involved. She must not be too swift to trade in what I consider a "sweet deal" for the prospect of life. Somewhere amongst all the lies is the truth and it is too coincidental that their stories and information pertaining to the layout of the house and property match. You would have had to be in that house to tell some of the details that they have told. Has Mark testified yet? Even if they claim they "didn't do it", doesn't he place them at the house for the clean up? Why would you go back to clean up something you didn't do. Are you just a group of Merry Maids that just happen to be in area?

Mark was not brought in to testify, they may use him for Andrew's. I was not told that just guessing.Andrew's trial or jury selection starts in the morning if all goes as planned.will update as things progress. Thanks have a great night. Karen
