That's great news. It's wonderful to see that justice is being served. Karen, how do you feel to know at least one (right now) is being held accountable for Ann? I am happy to see that all the deceit and lies are slowly catching up. Anxiously awaiting the next trial!

Court was in recess at around 6:00pm. Brandy gave her testimony, and did a great job. Andrew's wife was removed from the court room, following gesturing towards Brandy's statements, she was not allowed to return.We had a couple of issues with jurors conflicts which took time to resolve. Court trials are usually conducted Tues-Thurs,however, we will be in court on Monday for a half day of testimony. You are right Nashville no apology is due. I will update on Monday following court. Have a great weekend.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you.I feel justice is being served one step at a time. let them sweat a little in court after all most of them may never have sweat a day in their life, at least not by working only taking from others. What happened in court today?

Monday was a half a day in court. Those of you who have never been to court,must understand there is a lot of interruptions/delays, when you have a day in court it may only actually only be 4 or 5 hours of actual testimony.Brandy finished her testimony. Another tow witnesses I believe then court was in recess.Tuesday the prosecution finished and the defense started with their witnesses and finished up with Brandy's mom. I would have to think things are not looking in Andrew's favor,but, ya never know. We are not in court at all today there is a jury selection for another murder case and I think the prosecutor has other issues to address unrelated to this case. Court will resume on Thursday at 9:00 (maybe).Take care.For those of you who may not know Mark Poore has been sentenced and released for 298? days served, remember he was after the fact and only lied about knowing about the case.I hope he gets his life together and realizes he could have had a life sentence.

Thank you for keeping us posted. Strange that they would put Brandy's and Andrew's mom on the stand. Was she able to contribute anything pertainent to the case? Please let us know if court will actually resume on Thursday and what happens!!! Have to agree about Mark. Many folks don't get a second chance to make things right maybe he will take advantage of the opportunity this time around.

Brandy's mom was asked what she thought about her daughter and her reply was "she is a lier". The next question was "Do you love your children equally" and the reply was "yes I do", she stepped down from the witness stand and began to cry.

Nope, but if I remember correctly Andrew is up on
perjury(go figure).Oh we heard an audio tape between Jerome and Andrew which was quite interesting. It was about a TV show one of them were watching (are you ready) called Marijuana and Murder, how cleaver is that.They were talking about the "BIG SECRET" and how Ben was telling everything and how they were going to dig a hole for Ben with a grave stone saying who was there and how he died.Wow that was a big plus for the defense don't ya think ? Well thats all for now see ya.
