The Feds could be using it to attract any renegade Stimulus bonus money from CEOs trying to keep low key.

Let's see. We could rent it to a local family for ...$58,000 per month and it would pay for itself in 30 years at zero interest ... Hmmmm...

Is it legal if we rent it to heads of state? What about Obama?

Then again, I would hate to take this home away from local families that would love to live on the beach...

$21 million? Will they take a check?

Hope it sells quickly, the State of Hawaii could use the tax dollars ... so could the IRS. And Andrew Sasson can build another home and create more jobs for construction workers.

The listor should be sure to send a brochure of the property to Barrack Obama. It would be a good investment for him. He could charge a $25 entrance fee to Democrats wanting to tour his home while he is vacationing in Europe and Asia. It would generate a lot of air traffic to Hawaii and the Waikiki hotels will be at full capacity again.

The current President should make that Kailua property the Nations Capitol. Then Congress can go to the beach and get their tans during recesses.

Listen...there are some videos on YouTube that can teach you how to wipe, but I would suggest that you get that jar of vaseline from under your pillow to enjoy the full effect. Then, maybe...you are still rubbing it on the sheets?

I guess we will find out at that next meeting...won't we?
