In a presidential primary it is up to the party to either open or close the voting. In the last presidential primary both the democratic and republican primaries were closed which is customary in Arizona.

To clarify. A registered party member can only vote in that parties primary. An independent can vote in either party ballot. Yes I know there are other parties, but who cares.

I say vote for the new mexican government that will be installed by the Obama administration. They are trying to get the minority vote.
