I think Bertram needs to schedule multiple sessions with a Psychiatrist.

This guy is too twisted to be in the legislature.

Perhaps someone should take a peek at Bertram's hard drive. Maybe he is for leniency because he has been sharing kiddie porn with his buddies online.

don't forget the Leon Rouse story (Adv. 4/09/05)
Derrick DePledge --->

The office manager for state Rep. Rida Cabanilla resigned yesterday, explaining that he failed to tell Cabanilla he was convicted of a sex crime in the Philippines and wanted to spare her any embarrassment after the story spread through the state Capitol.

{--- THE LETTER To Norwegian Cruise Lines ----}

The letter claimed that Rouse was unfairly fired and asked for travel expenses and pay "from the time of his termination up to the time this problem is resolved."

It was signed by Kanno, Fukunaga, Baker, Sen. Suzanne Chun Oakland, Sen. Brian Taniguchi, Rep. Ken Hiraki, Rep. Roy Takumi and then-Rep. Eric Hamakawa.

Some of the lawmakers who signed the letter said yesterday that they had known about Rouse's conviction in the Philippines, while others said they were as surprised as Cabanilla. "This individual needed help," said Fukunaga, who was aware of the conviction. "Many of us have signed many letters for many people."

Maybe you should read and understand what your signing before you sign it. Oh sorry, that is not the democrat way. Just look at the stimulus bill? Nobody read before they voted for it.

No worry bertram, your an incumbent democrat in HI you will get reelected.

that's like saying attempted murder is an imaginary crime because it didn't happen and is only a crime when it happens.
i'm finding this enticement stuff even more disturbing in that cops are out there and getting caught will destroy you and yet it does not seem to deter anyone and th
ey keep trying it.

If Judge "Let-Em-Go" August didn't buy his sex-offender counseling cop out and handed this Marcantonio perv a sentence of 9 months in the crowbar hotel (WOW!), the judge must have fallen off his ride on the rings of Saturn. Even though Bertram is a Dumocrap, isn't it time to toss this lolo out of office and into a state patronage job for the rest of his life (truthful sarcasm should be noted here)? As I always say, pervs of a feather flock together! I won't hold my breath waiting!'Nuff said...

Sounds like that story on M*A*S*H where we find out how Trapper John got his nickname. He got caught making out with a young lady in the bathroom on a train..... when they were discovered she starts yelling: "He trapped me! He trapperd me!"

"Trapper Joe" Bertram.....
Kind of has a near ring doesn't it?

There is no other way but to say this is an imaginary crime. Where is the victim? where is the body? Where is the damaged girl? If you can't produce a body, there is no crime. Where is the evidence? His words? Then put his words if jail. One has a right (freedom of speech) to say anything good or bad. That they can read your mind? Tell you what your intentions are? Tell you their belief of what they think you thought? That you went to the meeting site to meet a 13 yr. old girl that they are allowed to lie to tell you she is? Even police will tell you never to believe anything on the Internet. You have to admit, the Internet is totally anonymous. So the 13 yr. old is not known nor be believed. Only in your mind and the police.
