Many of the guns they talk about in the article are purchased by the government of Mexico and distributed to cities where many of the police are members of the cartels. Well over 50,000 enforcement officers and military have deserted and taken their weapons with them. Most of them probably bought from the US on behalf of the Mexican government.

Many of the guns are bought by family members that live in the USA and are smuggled into Mexico. One, two or three at a time. If you start making it illegal to sell guns to Mexicans in the United States there would be an uproar and the CLU would get involved for illegal discrimination.

Yes, there are many bad apples that are selling guns across the border, but many of them have Mexican roots. So in order to make laws to stop them you have to make laws that trample on the rights of Americans that have no bad intentions. It is definitely a Mexican problem and it creates problems for Americans that want to own guns for legitimate purposes, among other things. Mexico's problems are becoming the average citizen in Americas problems.

The USA is being asked for by another country to do things differently. Why not ask the Mexicans to change their ways and to things differently. Why does the President of Mexico speak out harshly about Mexican citizens crossing into another country illegally. Ask the Mexicans to quit doing drugs first and set an example for the USA to follow? Why does Mexico always try to pin the blame for their faults on others.

By the way I did not own a gun while living in the USA, and I cannot here in Mexico. Although if I could I would definitely own one here in Mexico.

I guess this article kind of backs up what I wrote above. So quit blaming Americans for buying drugs. This is a business that comes from the top people in Government in Mexico. They make sure the drugs get to America. Maybe the USA should sue the Mexican government to get back there nearly 1.8 billion they give to Mexico to help fight the drug dealers. It is actually just adding more money to the Mexicans pockets on top of being corrupt.
I can see these guys talking over a beer. I got $8000 this week for clearing the way for drugs. I always got a nice bonus from the US government for doing it. Those idiots in the US government are such dummies. They supplied us with more guns to help protect the narco's. They also are not doing a good job at the border, so we can get the drugs across there easier too.
