Eddie , in justice you don't even have to be put on administrative leave to get paid and have a vacation as chief of police. His deputy chief is allowed to work full time at the police department and for the last three years work side jobs at the sox, bulls and Blackhawks while on police time. The village board has full knowledge of this. All they need to do is get his time clock hours at the side job and match it against his hrs on the PD. so you see either way you can do what you want around there.
