Sebastian Jachymiak from Technicraft gets a DUI

So this guy is towing DUI's for justice and now he gets a DUI. What is wrong with this picture. Why is he still towing cars with this kind of charge?

Sebastian Jachymiak, 32, 8101 W. Thomas Street, Justice, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding after a traffic stop on the 7100 block of Route 53 about 11:56 p.m. June 23.

Nevermind I found the source myself. This was printed in the Woodridge Bugle, June 30th, 2010. It is available online to review.

Seems he forgot to change his address to the Blackstone home he lives in. It really doesn't matter, he will payoff some one and this won't see the Inside of a courtroom.

If he gets driving privileges suspended. Will the JPD arrest him when they see him driving? If so does Technicraft get the tow and impound? How will this be monitored if it happens?

No deals in Dupage County, you either plead guilty or go to trial. Dupage County States Attorney Joseph Birkett does not make deals with DUI's.

Well it's disappointing to know that the chairmain of both the PVP and Trustee Bartoszek's campaigns according to the Illinois State Board of Elections is out driving drunk endangering people to say the least. Let's all be glad he didn't run anyone down.

Sebastian should have known better.
After all he is chairman of a political party (PVP)
also the succeseful owner of a bussines that has contracts with the Village of Justice.

This kind of irresponsability should not be allowed
by the PVP or Kinga's campaing. A repremand by the

If Sebastian was charged with a DUI why is he still allowed to drive around Justice?

Why was he just driving down Banks street? Why was he driving in a tow truck through the North side of town? Aren't the rules in Du Page County still the same in Cook county? Why is this guy still driving around Justice or anywhere if he got charged with a DUI?

From what I understand someone charged with a DUI gets 45 days before they have to surrender their license. So he still has a bit of time. When the 46th day hits, sstart calling the police.
