Childers slayings remind some of past serial killer

i was a neighbor of jims and remember him as a rather quiet man who never caused any problems.he was the first person to welcome me to the neighborhood when i moved in and always spoke when he saw me.though he never said anything out of the way,he was the type of person who gave off a strange vibe,a kind of eerie feeling.to this day,i cant put my finger on exactly rhat that feeling was.now that i know what he did,it puts a shiver down my spine.
