Thoma's attorney, James McGowan, said Thoma complained about tour bus traffic on the narrow, windy streets around the governor's mansion.

McGowan said Thoma, whom he described as a "Palin fan" at the time (LOL, Liar), sent tour operators fliers to try to encourage them to change the routes. He said Thoma also helped neighbors create yard signs against what Thoma considered the noise, pollution and congestion caused by the buses.

McGowan said Palin twisted Thoma's actions to make it seem like he had engaged in "some unsavory and lunatic" campaign against the Palins.

We should Sue Obama-

Obama’s “transparent” administration more secretive than Bush’s

While campaigning, Obama repeatedly said things like “transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this Presidency.”

However, that appears to be yet another “campaign promise” that he never intended on fulfilling.

Recall the exchange during the “health care summit” between John McCain and Obama recently, where McCain mentioned to Obama that during the campaign he promised to bring “change in Washington” and hasn’t done so.

To that Obama responded that “we’re not campaigning any more. The election is over.” And with that, any hope that Obama meant what he said while campaigning should be out the window.

As far as his campaign promise of transparency, the AP is reporting that his administration is actually far more secretive than the much hated Bush admin.

…the Obama administration is more often citing exceptions to the nation’s open records law to withhold federal records even as the number of requests for information decline.

Among the most frequently cited reasons for keeping records secret: one that Obama specifically told agencies to stop using so frequently. The Freedom of Information Act exception, known as the “deliberative process” exemption, lets the government withhold records that describe its decision-making behind the scenes.

Major agencies cited the exemption at least 70,779 times during the 2009 budget year, up from 47,395 times during President George W. Bush’s final full budget year, according to annual reports filed by federal agencies. Obama was president for nine months in the 2009 period.

So in 9 months he was almost 70% as secretive than Bush was in 1 year, which with that trend would roughly work out to being twice as secretive as the previous administration.

Joe Biden Kills A Pedestrian

A pedestrian was struck and killed by a Secret Service armored SUV. A sad story, but it's not Joe Biden's fault, is it?

Of course not. But that's not how the Obama Approved Legitimate News Organizations treated the news that a motorcycle cop crashed and died while escorting a George W. Bush motorcade.

Example from Time magazine: "Bush Motorcade Kills Cop."

cut and paste from another post. i cannot take credit for writing this but i agree with it.

The first president to take a state of OUR UNION, to the UN as a human right’s violator, treasonous action to the UNION he made an oath to defend.

The first president to support an anti-blasphemy law (silencing freedom of speech human right) in the UN protecting mainly and mostly the religion of islam.

The first president to change the language in his administration rejecting terms such as terrorism, jihad, and other terms related to the PRESENT DANGER (Orthodox=radical islam) we face in our country; an attempt to doublespeak us into submission and compliance to it.

The first president to allow the NLRB to become an activist instead of an arbiter in labour, it SOLE PURPOSE (Boeing-SC).

The first president to file a suit against a state (Arizona) for ENFORCING FEDERAL LEGISLATURE (immigration), that the federal government refuses to do.

The first president to ask his AG to desist from demanding justice from a terrorist group in Texas that was ready to be un-indicted (and thus has remained an indicted co-conspirator in terrorist activities).

The first president to NOT enforce or defend an ACT approved by CONGRESS and to CONSTITUTIONALLY be DEFENDED by the EXECUTIVE (DOMA).

The first president to instigate racial violence and hatred by sitting in on Easter Sunday to listen to a racial activists preacher who ‘DECIDED’ to preach on PAST RACIAL INJUSTICES,on a MAJOR CHRISTIAN HOLY DAY; to purposefully divide the country in his re-election campaign.

The first president to instigate union violence and hatred by encouraging mob rule in Wisconsin in his speeches against Governor Walker.

NO UNITED STATE’S PRESIDENT IS ABOVE THE LAW, BUT TAKES AN OATH TO DEFEND THE LAW OF THE LAND OF THE UNITED STATES. THIS IS NOT SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATION OR DIPLOMACY.

WHY HASN’T PRESIDENT OBAMA BEEN IMPEACHED YET?

once again, none of you even bothered to read the article huh?
-
the dude was a self proclaimed Palin fan who didn't like tour buses going through his neighborhood on the way to see the mansion, and even gave the tour company an alternate route that had wider streets and was less populated.
-

How do you feel about the unions that send paid picketers to the homes of people who threaten their fat paychecks or disagree with them, or into the halls of Government and wreck We the place? Do you think its fair to terrorize a neighborhood to make a showing of might, unions only seem to jump in there when the dues are at risk. Why would she want to take the less traveled route, she is there for the People.
I know this is a neisence law suit, loser should have to pay. Sue them back Sarah. Drill here, Drill now baby!!!

It sounds to me like more went on then is being reported. I think we what we have here is a case of poor reporting. I would hope that Palin would have done something more then organize a bus tour to be sued. From the information presented it sounds like a case of some publicity junky trying to get attention by suing a publicity junky. There must be more to it.

Were they to have relocated the governor's mansion to somewhere on the alternate route? Please riddle the silliness of a remedy of relocating a 'tour bus' route on which to see the governor's mansion to a route not where the mansion is located.

The Liberals cannot leave this woman alone. The insane lefty's are sooooo jealous of Palin they will do anything to cause her and her family a problem. How sad not to have a life and try to cause others pain. This is the ambition of all liberals. As a proud Marine I support Sarah Palin and her wonderful family.
