Im not sure if I am doing this right. but, here goes. 1955 - 58 I did a lot of flying out of Fairbanks. Herman Nelsons and all. Livengood was a fun place to stop. Landed up on a hill and walked down a trail to the town. Along the dirt road on each side as I approached the town small huts/houses became more numerous. The town had a board walk and a saloon. Warm drinks, no electric. Was kind of like the old west. Flew out the same way you landed. Off the hill. What a time for an 18 - 21 kid. Got as far as Nome and tried to cross the brooks but couldn't get up high enough or find a hole through. Be glad to communicate with someone about those days. Larry

My name is Tyler Zachgo and I am one of the children she adopted and was wondering if any one has a copy of this article?
