Here's a thought. What if, and I Mean What If, all shareholders called the main office of Goldbelt ten times a day, demanding money from our Treasury? We have three thousand three hundred shareholders, and only twenty or so get regular money from the Eighty Million plus that is ours.
Sure, they Claim to 'work' for it, and they've all been paid Handsomely for the 'job' they do, so why not Make them Earn it for once?
I know that not many Juneau locals, and almost none of the tribal elders know how to use a computer, and not many who do,'surf the net' as much as the younger generation does, so Pas the word. Tell everyone to start calling Goldbelt and DEMAND your money from them. It is NOT illegal, nor is it frivolous. It Is Your Money.
As Shareholders, and it is written into the ANCSA Law passed on December 18, 1971, that this money is for ALL Natives,'for the betterment of their lives', and We are Not getting anything from these lazy, greedy Bastartds who control Our money. Call them Demand Your Money! It Is Your Right, and their Obligation to give it to you.
I am not afraid to take them on this way. They can't arrest me for suggesting to Shareholders to call the office, and if they target Me personally in any way, they are proving that they Do Not Deserve to hold the office they do now.
Bring It On, Folks. Tell Everyone to call Goldbelt and demand your money. Call them Ten times a day. Call them Twenty times a day. Pass the word. Make them sweat. They have not Earned One Penny they have taken from Our company, and hold Our Money Hostage
As I said before. It matters Not One Bit how much the company is worth If we Do Not Benefit from it.

Has anyone gotten any money from goldbelt? Our company is worth more than eighty million dollars, and the only people getting anything is the idiots that 'work' there.
The two lawyers I spoke to said 'it isn't a good idea to piss off the powers that be'. BS! If we don't shake them up, they are just going to keep our money and act like its theirs.
I have a friend at The Justice Department, and I'm pushing him to open up an investigation on the sinking of that cruise ship some years back. He told me that the company Could NOT board even ONE passenger unless it had insurance, front to back. That means they had to Start with insuring the ship first, then the crew, then the passengers. You can't operate a Taxi cab without insurance. Call goldbelt and ask what happened to the millions of dollars in insurance money that never went back into corporate coffers after the ship sank!
This company has never played straight with us, the shareholders and Legal owners of Goldbelt Incorporated.
The push to recall board of directers has to come from someone in Alaska. Only because the corporation is based there. That leaves me out because I live in California.
We have to fight these thieves. It is Our money, not theirs, yet they act like we're robbing them every time we damand a dividend. They have No right to act this way. It Is Our Money, not theirs.

I brought this up before, but it bears repeating. Sealaska Corporation has three times as much money as goldbelt, but has six times as many shareholders. Yet, they can make two distributions each and Every year. Why is that? Almost twenty thousand shareholders, and an average of seven hundred bucks per distribution, and goldbelt hangs on to Our money like an old miser.
It seems that we hire a new member to the board each year, and nothing changes at all.
Why? Are they 'bought off' at initiation? They all claim to change things once they get elected, but at the end of the day, everything stays the same.
I honestly think that we Need to change out the entire board of directors. the ones in there are useless and more than likely corrupt. Just look at the ship that sank, that was owned by the corporation. They claimed that it wasn't insured, but Maritime Law states that it had to be insured before any passengers could set foot on it, even if it was moored.
How many millions were embezzled from that one transaction? Who got it? We sure as hell didn't. They wrote that off as a total loss, and not just the law, but common sense says that some cash had to come back from that accident.
Did they sink it, then have a family member, or some company in cahoots with the board do the salvage, splitting the profits from it? What happened? After the ship sank, goldbelt said,'we didn't have any insurance, so all was lost.' and we never heard a peep from them on the subject ever again. That is wrong. We have to find out who did the salvage, and who profitted from it. IF any goldbelt board memner got ANY money from the salvage, then a full investigation has to be done, and charges filed against the profiteers.

Things are going to get pretty bad soon. The U.S. government is drowning in debt, the economy is in the toilet and has been for years. There is little chance of anything getting better in the foreseeable future, and we own 'paper' in a company that refuses to pay us a decent dividend.
All you young people better start asking our elders to show you how to live off our homelands the way we used to because foodstamps, SSI, Social Security, and welfare is all going to be gone real soon. Not only that, but store bought food is going to skyrocket in price, and its all going to happen at the same time.
See, the dollar is going to be replaced as the international currency, and when that happens, its worth will drop by as much as fifty percent literally overnight. If anyone has family in Sealaska or goldbelt, you should tell them to do a 'duel registry' and claim itself as a Canadian company, and do all their deals in the canadian money. All economies will be hit when the dollar is devalued, but Canada will be hurt less than most.
The problem is that the obama regime has been propping up the stock market with printed money. They've been 'secretly' buying eighty five Billion dollars worth of stock every month since barry the illegal took over. When this economy crashes, the Dow Jones will drop below five thousand, and hell will be a part of American life.
It all could have been avoided. All they had to do was let the banks fail, and the auto industry. It wouldn't have been much worse than what actually happened, but the US government wouldn't have gone so deep in debt trying to save the industries. They wouldn't have Really failed, just changed hands in ownership. The worst thing is the housing market. All the tools they used to manufacture that crash are still in place. The insurance companies looted their own coffers, and have the tools and the opportunity to do it all again. It's not whether they will, but when they will do it again.
Back to Sealaska and goldbelt. If they run a dual entity, then their Canadien holding will ride out this storm, and maybe even profit from it. All the signs are there, for the coming crash, that is. Russia and China are doing brisk business without using american dollars, so is Japan, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, and a dozen other countries, just like it happened in the seventies when the British pound was replaced by the dollar as the International currency. These signs are as easy to spot as slack tide., or low tide or high tide.
If you have a family member in Sealaska or Goldbelt, tell them, or just ask them if they can make the Canadien connection happen. It would benefit us all.

Ten months and counting. Ten long months and not a peep out of goldbelt. They act like If they keep quiet, then nobody will ask about a distribution of our money.
Well, nobody seems the least bit concerned about them and their abuse of our money. I feel like I'm pissing in the wind here. The outrage that should have knocked goldbelt on its' collective ass never happened. If everybody is happy with a bunch of elected losers using up your money, then F*ck it. I don't care anymore either. I only started this to bring the B*llS*it to light, and Maybe help the elders who are in danger of dying before receiving any benefits from this shitbird company. Maybe tweak the board's conscience and make them do the right thing. Nope. Turns out the board of directors learned real good from their white brethern and have no problem what so ever in giving tribal elders the shaft.
Personally, I don't need the chump change that the corporation doles out every other year. I thought I'd speak up for the folks in Southeast who need the money for their light bill, or stove oil, or to pay someone to do their subsistance hunting. I thought that others were worried about their grandparents, aunts and uncles, or other Native elders who Do need that small bit of money to help them Survive..
Go sit on the curb in front of Goldbelt and watch them drive away in new cars bought with your money. The read about the great vacation your money sent them on, and how much of a raise they gave themselves at the last Board of Directors meeting they held in Honalulu, paid for with your shareholder money. Watch them. smile at them when they flip you the bird when you ask for a dividend.
Enjoy their success at your expense. It seems to be what you all want.
