My boyfriend went into custody of the federal prison on august 17. he was given a crazy sentence for something he did not do. there is alot of talk about the government reducing federal sentences to save money. from my understanding it means that the federal inmates will only do 1/3 of their sentence. is this true? is there a website i can go to, to learn more information? please help me.
