Did you know that if you have an AGENDA and if you make up a little POLL like this that you can vote for your own position approximately every 15 minutes?

Did you know that if you have the proper software, it is easy to see the repetitive votes from the same ISP?

Did you know that it will be easy enough to REVEAL this information prior to the actual DEBATE on the issue to demonstrate just how far the ANTI-SMOKING NAZI'S will go to force their point?

Just going to blow the HELL out of your integrity.

This is going to be fun!

Ha-ha-ha.

It's too easy to see that this is rigged.

232 votes, and 2 comments.

Doesn't add up to ANY other poll on Topix.

Nice try idiots.

I am waiting for "Hahahaha" to post the repeating IPS addresses.

THAT will be funny as hell.

Oh how I wonder why do they make such a big fuss over smoking??

Why not rather concentrate on real life-threatening subjects such as drinking? If you drink 5 beers now, you wouldn't be capable of driving normally.. but.. go smoke a pack of cigarettes and you will most probably drive A-OKAY.

How many people fight, kill and do all kinds of wrong after having too many drinks? And how many do after smoking alot of ciggs? Hmmm...

The only reason why most Americans are SO against smoking is because they are SOOOOO GULLIBLE!!

"Ooh smoking's gonna kill me..! I'm gonna look like that face on the back of the box if I smoke..! Ooh!" - If you smoke 2 packs a day for 10 years or more yes! Otherwise, no.

I enjoy smoking 8 of my Peter S a day and I'm fitter than all of my friends.. how's that for you.

Before you go on an attacking spree, let me rephrase something.. not all, but most Americans(ANTI-SMOKERS) are gullible..

And all other anti-smokers as well.

I have the right to exercise MY rights!

KoRn1988 I can see you do not understand the problem with smokimg. A smoker can not smell the smoke or taste the difference in the food they eat. A Non-smoker smells the smoke in the air and when the smoke is mixed with the food the smoke makes the food taste different.

If you want to smoke go outside and smoke all you want but let the Non-smoker enjoy the fresh air and the food they are eating.

There is one other problem with smokers that they do not understand That problem is people that have had Lung problems in the past. The smoke really hurts these people. I am one of those people. I have to have a tube down my wind pipe to breath and I have to clean my wind pipe out which is not easy.

It appears the smokers believe it is their right to smoke anywhere. It is not the Non-Smoker has a right also. I am not asking for a total smoking ban Let the smoker have an area to smoke by have this area completely away from the Non-smoking area and away from Kids. Just because you smoke does not mean you need to force your smoke on others.

I believe that it should be the business owners decision on whether or not they want to allow smoking or not. If the business wants to cater to smokers or non-smokers that is thier choice, and for it is the consumers choice on whether they want to go to that establishment or not. It is not the consumers "RIGHT" to tell a business how to run thier show. Keep gov't out of it, if you aren't happy with it don't go to those establishments. Nobody forces people to go to places where they aren't happy.

Proff, you will see I judged your comment as interesting.. I have respect for non-smokers, just not anti-smoking/forcing individuals.

For people like you, who grants everyone a fair chance (smokers and non) I'd have the respect by going outside for a puff.

It's only in those idiotic, undemocratic fools whose faces I would blow smoke.

This poll is bullshit. NO poll on this topic has EVER had 350 votes and only 10 posts.

OK here is someone who has it right to a point. As a former smoker it was important to me to not smoke where it would bother someone else. My wife is a non-smoker and I was basically limited to two Man Cave type rooms that she didn't enter when i was smoking. Put in the smoke eaters and such. But when I'm out at a club my drinking bone is connected to my smoking bone. Same for the bowling alley. Resturants, NEVER! You're right smoke makes food taste different and should never involve risking children!

However, it is the business owners who should dictate what happens inside their establishment! Not the City! If there is smoking inside and you don't want smoke, don't go in! Don't let the kids in! Your saying that smokers and non-smokers are demanding their right to choose. Why don't we let the owners have the same right?

Unless you are the wait-staff, then you find that the tipping has declined significantly.

Smokers notoriously tip higher than non-smokers.

Just another way to legislate the struggling into poverty and to force opinion onto private business owners.

Marxism at it's finest.

Tomorrow Bob.

That's an interesting concept, though anecdotal, I have no reason to doubt it. They should tip bigger; they waste staff's time with their lingering to suck their substitute penii from the tobacco fields.

All in all, I could be persuaded to support "smoking only" restaunrants for the subculture as long as the owners operate a smoke free one nearby with the same prices etc. and staff are not discriminated against for wanting to work only in one or another. But it begs the whole question of tipping. Waitstaff who depend on tips need to organize.

Damn, Jerry. Now you`ve got us all confused. You`re so down on ANY use of marijuana, but smoke tobacco? Doesn`t that affect your lung capacity and hence your timed runs around Homer`s Pond? That`s right, you`re gonna say, "Not Jerry, but... blah, blah, blah... Well, what happened to Jerry? Moved? Quit postig? Dead? Incapacitated?
