Is it just me or is goodwill asking alot more for their funiture? Most of their stuff seems to be way overpriced and looks like it will fall apart once you load it in the truck. seems like they get the stuff for free and try to make major bucks on it!

Agreed. You would be better off going to a yard sale.

Try the DAV on N. Washington, they have equal quality, better prices - but not as much selection.

The man that owns the Goodwill has gotton rich off of peoples donations . He is a muti millionaire.he was investigated years ago by sixty minutes for money laundering.Yea i think the stuff is over priced and stinky. The ladies at the DAV are much nicer and the stuff is not so overpriced.I will not be visiting either one for awhile due to the hantavirus outbreak in the country.we do'nt know what kind of houses this stuff comes out of.When i donate items i'ts always to the DAV to help the veterans.
