Daily Union, 12/1/10: "Sands said he would have preferred to serve on the commission with commissioner Terry Heldstab and mayor Mike Rhodes, but both have said publicly they will not seek re-election after their terms expire in April." Who is this guy Sands and who trusts him to do the right thing, given his support for Heldstab, Rhodes and presumable Rod Barnes, etc.?

He ceased to be of any interest to me the second I read he wanted to serve with two of the three stooges. He might as well get a refund of his filing fee- I don't think his candidacy is going anywhere.

Whoever Sands is, lost my vote the minute I read he would rather be with Terry and Mike. He is probably wanting to continue to drain Junction City for Ft. Riley.

anyone who is in office, or runs for office, is a crook. no honest person ever runs for office. Don't bother voting folks, it doesnt matter. Just get in on the action if you can, and take care of yourself in this town.
