I use Christie Skinner.. she has Skinner Family Practice.. You can pull her website up by typing in Skinner Family Practice. She is a nurse practitioner..but she does just like any Dr. for me. She is wonderful, caring and VERY attentive to your needs ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER !

Call SAMA Gary Bevill is excellent. Matt Callaway is also very good.

SAMA, has there own x-ray, lab, etc. So you aren't running all over town. They're open Saturdays and Sundays for acute care. They also stay open later than the other clinics in the afternoon so you don't have to leave work early or such. Have used them about two years and could not be happier.

Another advantage to SAMA and the fact that they have so much of thier own equipment is if you have a co-pay for your Primary Care Doc office visits. That $30 goes a long way out at SAMA.

Dr. Ty Peace is a good doctor. He has a good sense of humor about things, good to get alone with.

I heard SAMA docs didn't see their own patients in the hospital. Hope its not an issue, but that would suck to get one ya don't know. very nice building though, have seen it going to Mel's.

Isn't Skinner's office in the same building with Dr. Smart? Dr. Smart is highly recommended. But I don't believe he is currently taking any new patients.

SAMA has four or five doctors so they rotate their on-call hospital visits. All the doctors at SAMA are very good. I like their early and late office hours and weekends, too. Their records are all computerized, so each doctor has all of your information on their small hand-held computers. My family has one doctor as our primary care physician, but we have had wonderful care with all of the doctors. Also, they have so much equipment there that we don't have to run all over town to have lots of tests done.

I personally do not go to SAMA.. just because I have had some minor problems there.. I feel you don't really get the one on one patient, Dr. Relationship.. I know they have all the modern facility.. but I also like the personalization that I recieve from Christie Skinner.. and she will definitely get to the bottom of a problem.. and if she can't she will find who can..
SAMA is great in some ways.. but sometimes I felt like I was just a number there.. My opinion..

Having had a chance to work with most of the doctors in this town, I would have to say that Dr. Harper is at the top of my list. Putting personalities aside, he is one of the best diagnostic doctors we have.

The Davis's in Smackover are good doctors as well. Thier problem is that they are usually super busy.

Again, setting personalities aside, Dr Luper in junction City is a good doctor.

Dr. Watson is ok.

At SAMA, the only one I would consider is Dr. Calloway.

These are my choices in order of preference. Good luck!

My family started using Dr Harper about two years ago, he is kind and considerate and good with the young and old, still has compassion which is hard to find these days.

yes jo ann compassion is good, i have sum doctors here in town that is so backed up with other patients. when they put you in the exazimening room it seems like hours before the doctor comes in the to check you out. and to me it only takes a few mins to for the doctor to say what could be wrong.

Just wait a minute everyone. Change is coming. Soon, nobody will want to be a Doctor and you won't have to worry about the quality of care because it will all equally terrible.

Daily Horoscope for December 22

Aquarius

Unfortunately it won't take much to get your wires crossed, especially if you're trying to keep track of your Christmas preparations. It's hard to work out what still needs to be done. A member of the family is away with the fairies or is being completely fanciful. It's a pest because that sort of behavior can make you feel anxious and harassed.
