Liberty Becomes Hot Spot For Spring Breakers

What do Miami Beach, Cancun, and Liberty, North Carolina have in common? They are all buzzing with college spring breakers.

Why in the world would college students ever want to go to Liberty for Spring Break?
What could they possibly do there?
It's all pure country!! I live in Ramseur & I know theres nothing to do there!
i'm twenty- six years old and if I was still in school; Liberty, North Carolina would be the last place I'd want to go!!

You are missing the entire point! These students are giving back to the community! I think they are learning valuable life lessons by volunteering their time and giving of themselves. This world is going to h--- in a hand basket because people are only thinking of themselves and not of the less fortunate. Also, not everyone has the money to be able to go "vacation" over spring break!

I think it is a wondreful project that the Georiga students are undertaking. Instead of (sex,drugs and rock n roll) they are adding to the community a place for a family to thrive and prosper in Liberty. God Bless them
