Jourdanton's Water Tower needs to be repainted ASAP

It looks HORRIBLE right now and I think I should be painted RED, with red accent lighting it would look very cool. What do you think?

I will go paint it myself....But, You will have to give me $300,000 to blast and paint inside out [and] $50,000 for temporary water storage during the process. anything extra just add to the $350,000 price tag.
