Hello-
We are now moving to the Fort Worth area nearby to Sendera Ranch.(Vista Ranch). I will say that I have driven through the Sendera Ranch community and it is developing very nicely. The entire area still has quite a bit of the natural country appeal. If that is what you are looking for you will like Sendera Ranch.

Walmart is comming sometime in the future near 287 and servise road that s why its being worked on at this time.Originaly the Builders of the ranch promised alot but instead you get nodda nothing empty promises. Last bbut not least i wouldnt move to that place,Sendera ranch is low rent infested district you will not get any of the money you put into the house out but someone else will when they start stealing youre stuff. Question would you let the children play out front while you are in the back H''''''LL NO.Last but not least, sure it looks and sounds good, now check the HOA rules and regs. I bet over 90% of the homes are rented.

I moved here from Syracuse about a year and a half ago and we absolutely LOVE the area. Sendera Ranch is an amazing and safe neighborhood in a rural area that's not far from anything. You won't be disappointed! But, there's a Sendera Ranch website that tells you all about it. Go to: http://www.senderaranch.net/

We moved to Sendera Ranch 3 years ago and lived among trash! There are a lot of renters, a lot of vacant foreclosed on homes and the crime is horrible! Our house was broken into 3 times in broad daylight! We had a security system and the FORT WORTH police were so slow to respond it was disgusting! I have nothing good to say about this neighborhood.

Our daughter and her family moved to Sendera Ranch 1yr ago. The houses, street, and area have always seemed to be be very quiet, clean and crime free. From a standpoint of us being able to see the area quite often while visiting them this last year, we both (my wife and I) are very seriously considering on purchasing a home at Sendera Ranch.
Yes, there appears to be quite a few foreclosures; keep in mind that Sendera Ranch is a very good place for "upper style" first time home buyers and middle class. This being said and with the ecomomy one would imagine that there would be alot of very good / young families who have probably suffered from loss of jobs etc.. which might be expected from this recession we are having, but then again foreclosures can pretty much be found in almost any neighborhood these days. Not sure if I am saying it the way I want to say it, but I hope you get the picture. In anycase, over all we are very impressed with Sendera Ranch and it does appear that as with any neighborhood they all do have their own flaws, but over all it is a very nice community and it does appear that you do get the alot for the money (we've searched all over the DFW area, and I honestly believe you will not find a better "bang for the buck" outside of Sendera Ranch). My one concern is regarding the grocery shopping (this is why I found this site / looking to find more information on a Walmart, or some other grocery center if and when one may open soon). If anyone knows or has heard of any new information, would you please post it. Thank You... Oh and yeah, GEAUX SAINTS !!!!!!!!!

Sendera Ranch is a parasite to the country life those of use who have lived in the Haslet area for years used to enjoy. The road leading to it is one lane and the congestion is ridiculous. What used to be a peaceful, country area is now infested with lower-class thugs and their tiny identical houses stacked 10-per-acre. And a Wal-Mart?? Are you kidding me? Can poor people not live without one of those trash-magnets less than a mile away? I feel bad for the golf course residents who built their half million dollar houses years ago, not knowing that something low class like Sendera Ranch would show up and trash their property values. Not to mention the Fort Worth cops that are everywhere now due to the increased traffic. Back in the day I would go weeks without seeing one, now I can't leave the house without getting pulled over. I'm moving out of this area as soon as I can.

"Richard" / "Missing old haslet",

Good then. Dont let the door hit you on your way out; and have tons of fun paying two times as much for a three times as old and smaller house. Don't hate for for people who simply want to get more bang for their buck just like you did and now are dreadfully sour about it. The grass always seems to be greener on the other side doesnt it? See ya, thanks for stopping by and have fun with the move!

Sendera Ranch is the new ghetto perfect for people like Saintaholic who probably drive around the neighborhood with the stereo blasting at all hours of the night and park in front of the neighbors house because his garage is so full of crap.

I'm truly sorry for those of you who have not been able to enjoy Sendera Ranch. Both my wife and I absolutely love it. We've found that it's a great "get-away" from our daily work routines in the DFW area.
If you are having issues such as kids blairing their stereos, racing up/down streets, parties etc....(which by the way, will exist in MOST sub-divisions) then my suggestion to you is to be a voice. Don't just "allow" this kind of activity. Do something about it by calling the police and HOA. Remember the "squeeky door gets oiled first". We've all made investments in this community. Rather than sit here and complain about your issues, I suggest you get off your tail and do something about it. You may find some suprising results.
So far, we have found that Sendera Ranch is a very enjoyable community and are very pleased.

I wouldn't recommend it to my enemies vie been here 41/2 years and it's been he'll. Hoa is a joke. If Teresa would leave here maybe residents would pay their dues. Lots of broken promises. Lots of letters for things I don't have. Market square is a joke. They haven't even broke ground on something we were promised would be in two years ago. Pools over crowded and constantly closed due to poop in it Yeah great place to live. Not. Just waiting for values to go up above what we purchased it for. So we could get the he'll out. I don't recommend this hell whole to anyone

Sendera Ranch is not a perfect place, I will agree. But I truly think many of those who are complaining about it have quickly forgot that the grass isnt any greener in other places. As stated in a few of my previous posts, we recently moved to SR and yes we did search extensively / numerous areas. Our findings were that you do get much more house in SR than in most other areas. My suggestion to you is; prior to selling, go and have a very realistic feel as to what price range of a house you would be in the market for and then actively search the areas in which you prefer to move to. I truly think that you will find it very very difficult to upgrade. In regards to HOA and "broken promises", these are prominent everywhere; especially in this economy. It's easy to look at the flaws in our areas, but very difficult to see the flaws in locations which we do not necessarily live in.

Sendera Ranch - If you like Rap music blaring at 3 am, 20 inch chrome wheels, crack pipes, gold teeth, and dudes who look like Huggy Bear and begin their sentences with " Word on the street is..." then you will fit right in this neigborhood known as the 9th Ward of the Alliance area!
