"was released with a warning after passing a blood alcohol test and field sobriety tests, according to Scott County Sheriff Kevin Studnicka. "

So, if he was "stopped Wednesday on a possible violation of court conditions barring alcohol use and drinking and driving", then it seems to have been a fishing expedition by the Sheriff's office.

More non-news reporting by the PP. What happened to journalistic standards such as not reporting about a person until they have been charged with a crime?

If it had been a Demthug pulled over, the story would have read, "Rep. So and So of Such and Such was released...."

Demthugs are never identified by party in these kinds of stories.

Unlike our current Governor, Emmer's last incident with alcohol was over 20 years ago. Dayton on the other hand was.....what time is it?

"Buesgens referred questions to his lawyer. Attorney Ron Rosenbaum says Buesgens accepts responsibility for the incident and reported the drinking to his probation officer."

Obviously, he has his drinking under control. If it's good enough for him, I guess we should just accept anything he says or introduces for legislation.

Must have let him go, so he can go out tonight for St Paddy's day. These people are making the laws that we abid by? Maybe 7 terms is too long.

FYI: Dayton has been sober for almost 22 years. What you need to say is that our Governor is a pussy for battling depression and having to take medication for it, but then I know several thousand US Soldiers, Marines, Sailors and Airmen who are also. Do you like pointing out peoples flaws who battle and overcome and addiction? Is Emmer better or worse because he was caught, charged and found guilty of driving under the influence? It takes a greater man to overcome and be strong than it does to point another flaws out. You are not that greater man.

Why is it no surprise this loser was part of Emmer's campaign? Drunks attract other drunks apparently. Look for Booze-gens to push for a law eliminating DWI as an offense.

22 years sober? In your dreams. A year or two at best.
