What? Community service??!! What a joke.
Who is the prosecutor? They should be fired.
I'm tired of all the DWI's and their related stories in this rag lately, but more tired of political/government employees getting the kid glove treatment by the courts. Outrageous! To think a woman was just ruled to pay $1.5 MILLION for some song downloads, and this clown gets community service for endangering lives?

GOP seems to like their drinky-drink. I'll remember this when the GOP refuses to pass medical marijuana legislation for fear of our "safety." Please. Practice what you preach you hypocrites!

Says a lot about his constituents that they re-elected him after the DWI. One travesty follows another.

That is a common sentence for a misdemeanor DUI. People just don't know it.

Sure pal. And you wouldn't have voted for Ted Kennedy after Chappaquiddick.

Well, if it was a toss up between a drunk and a Democrat..........although I think this guy should be treated in the courts like anyone else. The little slap on the hand because of who you are is getting sickening.

When will we see Barney Fwank and Dodd get prosecuted for causing the global crisis? Where is the justice?

Thumbs up to the Police who got him off the streets. If they arrested him, his position did not matter to them. Good Job.
