Republican, Democrat, doesn't matter. This guy has a problem with alcohol and I hope he gets the treatment he needs to help him manage this problem.

I'm sure the "Party of Punishment" will insist that he comply with the consequences of violating probation. Not sure exactly what it is, but he did it, he was followed and committed a violation that got him stopped. Everyone knows that each DUI stop is preceded by XX times not caught. It isn't every time that the guy drives in the ditch thinking he is on the road.

This guy gives all legislators a poor image. He works in a charter school too. Shouldn't they fire him?
